A growing body of research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior,and can even reduce anxiety and stressin children.

Kids Yoga Class:

Each class has a theme that consist on playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises, social emotional learning, spanish, crafts, games and imaginative meditations.

Our Goal:

is to cultivate Calm & Confident, Happy & Healthy, Fit & Flexible, Young Minds and bodies through Yoga and Mindfulness.

Family Yoga ​Classes:

Each class offer parents and caregivers the opportunity to join a class with their kids, while enjoying a powerful yoga centered session, bonding with their kids, having fun and the intention is to offer a space to connect with other families.
